Returns
Please email customer.sophistance@sd-i.co.jp for international returns instructions. International return shipping costs are not covered by SOPHISTANCE.
Only products purchased on sophistance.beauty may be returned.
- Shipping costs and gift wrapping are not eligible for refunds.
- Items purchased from another retailer are not eligible for a refund.
- Items purchased with a discount or as part of a value set are not eligible for a refund.
- Any products or outer cases that are once opened, or used, or filled, or tampered with other substances are not refundable.
- Partial sets or bundles are not eligible for a return—only complete sets.
- Items that have been damaged or lost from personal usage—dropped, stolen, spilled, mishandled, etc.—are not refundable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that defected or damaged by the customer, or for other reasons due to the customer's convenience. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
Sorry, we don’t except any exchanges.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
